$197.00 will be charged on the 5th of each month until a 30 day cancellation notice has been submitted.

Your payment will automatically draft on the 5th of each month based on your commitment.
Upon the completion of your commitment, if you have not notified Bootcamp Tulsa that you do not wish to continue, your membership will automatically be renewed into the same membership at the same rate and the same terms and conditions will apply.
If, at some point you are unable to exercise under doctors orders, please contact Bootcamp Tulsa to work out an agreement going forward (this agreement will be put on hold until doctor’s clearance).
If you do not believe that Bootcamp Tulsa gave you their very best, at the end of your first month, you may request a full refund and cancel this agreement.
To terminate before the end of your agreement you will need to provide a 30 day notice and you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee plus the back pay of the difference of $197 and the membership rate for each month you did attend on a special membership price.
